IAIPA CPCU® Instructor-Led Program
IAIPA is pleased to offer an instructor-led CPCU® cohort designed to help insurance professionals strengthen their technical expertise, enhance leadership capabilities, and develop a deeper understanding of the U.S. insurance marketplace.
Through a structured learning experience, participants will gain practical knowledge across key areas of risk management, insurance operations, underwriting, and business decision-making, helping them build the skills needed to make a greater impact within their organizations and the industry.
The inaugural cohort will begin with the following two CPCU® courses:
- CPCU 500: Becoming a Leader in Risk Management and Insurance
- CPCU 520: Meeting Challenges Across Insurance Operations
These foundational courses provide participants with a strong introduction to CPCU®concepts while building the knowledge and skills needed for subsequent coursework.
Program Structure
The CPCU® Program is structured into
four progressive sets, with
two courses offered in each set.This structured, instructor-led program will begin in
September 2026, providing participants with a comprehensive and systematic learning pathway toward CPCU® designation preparation.
Classes are delivered in an
instructor-led online format, allowing participants to benefit from expert guidance, interactive discussions, and practical industry insights throughout the program.
Class Schedule:
Online sessions will be conducted
once a week during evening hours, making it convenient for working professionals to balance their learning commitments alongside their professional responsibilities.
The program is designed to help insurance professionals build expertise progressively across key areas of risk management, insurance operations, leadership, underwriting, claims, and business decision-making.
